Day 4 & 5
Jaipur to Jodhpur
With previous tiring day, quick packing and boarded on time with
a quick breakfast enroute with packed snacks for journey. Bus started late, after couple of hours only few
people were in the bus, reached around 4.30 PM & a lunch stop. Reached the
hostel around 4.30 PM, THC hostel was one of the best stylish hostel &
lucky one to gain major discounts (Rajasthan treating me really well J). Quick is the buzz
word for the day & wish for a slow travelling. Got few places done for the
evening
Umaid Bhawan
Short place is accessible within bhawan, can be toured for an hour visiting aviation history in india, paintings, clocks, night lamps & bronze gate was so elegant, where I literally closed and open several times until the guard checked on me.
Clock Tower
Quiet a place for street shopping & food, not to miss the misrilal lassi, tea packets, masals store. Almost all sovereigns were shopped for the family. Clock illuminated at 6.30, had a quick check and moved onto hostel.

Meharanga Fort
Though the previous day Auto walla agreed to come, he denied
at the last minute. After best breakfast of 2 aloo partha & tea, Security
helped & bargained a auto and headed to touring Jodhpur .
Majestic Meharanga fort will be a dream place for castle lovers. Almost touched every painting/red walls/doors accessible. While in a few minute of entrance a musician was performing & he was echoing the fort & giving a emotional shrill realizing how lucky I turned to witness such magnificent structures. The moments of gratitude will be framed in my mind for ever. Inside the fort there are views to blue city & beautiful hawelis. Several angled were captured & completed the tour in 1. 5 hours.

When you step the exit of the M fort, a trail of steps will
lead to blue city. From the top of view, a good glimpse is seen. While walking
round a rare tinch is seen, however I found the couple of spots where the gally’s
are painted in blue
Rock garden
Isolated garden with rocks, flora and fauna
from deserts. Trail can be covered with a map, trail will surprise you with
full view of the M fort.
Toori ku Jalwa
compared to jaipur, the lower part of the
well is accessible unlike others. My memory recollected seeing diving stunts of
a sadhu in instagram, Spent some time
& moved on.
Enorute got lassi/pyaz katchori/dhokla packed for lunch.
While I ate the snacky lunch headed to mandore garden. The structure are beautifully
crafted which are memorials of king during 1st century. , Though it
was mentioned as an archaeological site, no history available in the site. Post
the visit got into hostel, packed the small backpack as others were all set. Bidded
bye to the lady, booked bus tickets, Cab driver was young chap and had a good
conversation & kyon aakale hi? I am already tired of cooking up stories I
made as my family is waiting at other destinations & I came to see M fort.
The same story follows everywhere with the change in the spot.
Bus started little late by 30 min but they were trying to
dump, gladly I booked online. My seat were saved & reached on time at 8.30
PM. Booked the hostel enroute, while I called the owner he came & picked me
up. My insecurity always scares me to go with a private vehicle. Manipulating
whether he was the right person, requested him to ride slow as I am with
backpack. However the fact is I can fall back if he is in a wrong direction
anytime J
